Return & Refund Policy

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, together with the original packaging, in order for us to accept it for return. Please provide your purchase invoice when requesting a refund. The customer is required to send the returned item.

Damage's & Issue's

  • Please thoroughly inspect your stuff as soon as you receive it. Please call us right away if the goods is damaged in any way or if you received the wrong item.

  • If you are unsure about the product model number when placing your order, please contact us. If you ordered the incorrect item, your money will be wasted and we won't be able to assist you. You will not be eligible for a return or replacement if you ordered the incorrect battery or any other incorrect product.

Refund's

  • Your reimbursement will be started once we receive and inspect the returned item, which might take up to 7 business days.

  • Only if the product is not available may a refund be granted.

Return Policy & it's Condition's

  • If a battery has to be replaced, please ensure that the battery is in the same condition as when it was shipped.

  • No new battery will be given if the existing battery fails.

​

  • The battery will not be replaced in the event of any damage.

​

  • No replacement will be processed if the return shipment is not invoiced.

  • Please retain your receipt with you in case you need to exchange it.

  • Please assist us so we can assist you properly.
